Founder James Raaff is a certified Integrative Clinician with 27 years experience. He brings exceptional expertise in Advanced Translational Genomics and Healthy Longevity Medicine, accredited by the Longevity Education Hub and the ACCME (USA). He holds a Masters degree in Biokinetics and is currently a PhD candidate in Longevity Science. After co-founding a Longevity Biotechnology company in Switzerland, he has returned to “the longevity capital of the world” and the place he calls home.

Employing a coaching philosophy rooted in active listening, she has an unwavering dedication to working with clients to develop lifestyle strategies & systems that result in sustainable habit change & energy resilience.

Danieke Malan is a Nutrigenomics Consultant with an MSc in Personalised and Functional Nutrition (CNELM, U.K.) and a BSc in Human Life Sciences with Psychology from Stellenbosch University. Drawing on research experience with 3X4 Genetics, she translates complex genetic data into precise, food-first strategies that are practical and deeply personalised. With a conviction that DNA is a starting point rather than a sentence, she connects genetics, symptoms, and nutrition to build protocols that foster a lasting, intuitive relationship with one’s own biology.

Sport & Exercise Scientist

Kayleigh Hiscock is a Sport and Exercise Scientist (BMedSciHons, Exercise Science, UCT) and Strength & Conditioning Specialist focused on longevity, performance, and injury prevention. Her approach integrates applied exercise physiology, biomechanics, and data-driven monitoring to help clients move better, feel stronger, and build bodies that last. Drawing on elite experience — including internships with UCT Cricket and the South African Men’s Hockey Team — she brings scientific rigour and real-world insight to every client. A multi-sport provincial athlete, she coaches with the same discipline and adaptability she has lived.
